Why am I always ill when the season changes

illI don't know which season it is,but in the traditional Chinese calender,today is the second day in spring.At the same time,I am ill!It is a tragedy for me that I always get to fall in illness when season changes.I don't know why!
Some doctors told me that because of my lacking exercise.I don't think so.I keep up doing sit-up everyday.Oh my!I am feeling bad right now!
